This is a radio kit that must to completed by end user with at least a General Class Amateur Radio License. A crystal must to installed for whatever frequency that is used. A transmitter is not a transceiver so you will need an Amateur Radio to complete this add on. You will need a CW Keyer to add to this transmitter, Keyer sold separately.
